Need Support But Not a Member?
We understand that not everyone is ready to commit to ongoing membership — and that's okay!
If you're not a That IT Girl member, you can still access our expert IT support on a casual, pay-as-you-need basis.
For non-members, our casual support services are charged as follows:
- $240 per hour (minimum 30 minutes)
- Subject to availability - priority is given to members
