It does not include the cost of any applications or software. Our representative will advise of the renewal costs associated with your subscriptions, which you will be required to pay upfront prior to the subscription being renewed.
  4. Credits are issued every calendar month for use with our technical support services, including new device setup, training sessions, and hourly support sessions. Credits expire on the last day of the month of issue, and they cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or transferred to others.
