Refund policy
We have a 5-day cooling off period for That IT Girl Monthly Crew Membership, which means you have 5 days after joining to cancel your membership with a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must not have used any of the services/benefits provided by the membership.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like subscriptions to applications, software or internet security programs. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods & services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
